REFUND POLICY

Refunds

  1. Refund is possible only if the User made a mistake during the payment process and only in case the transaction has remained intact on the User's balance after the top-up (no activity was performed on the User's Gocsgo account after the top-up in question). In other cases, the refund is considered individually, at the discretion of the relevant gocsgo.com team.
  2. Refunds will not be issued once a deposit is made and the account has been used for transactions. However, in cases involving minors or other exceptional circumstances, users may contact customer support to request a refund. Relevant documentation must be provided, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  3. The refund can be made only to the payment method that was initially used by the User to make the Transaction that is subject to refund. The requests to make a refund to the other payment method than the one used to make a transaction can not be considered.
  4. For some payment methods refunds are not supported. The availability of refund for a certain payment method is to be specified with the Gocsgo support team via [email protected].
  5. The User, who made an erroneous transaction, can contact the gocsgo.com customer support via [email protected] with a request for a refund, providing a detailed explanation and attaching, if available, all possible evidence.
  6. Dedicated gocsgo.com team, within 3 working days, must consider an application for a refund and revert back to the Customer with the result of consideration.
  7. The timing of the refund depends solely on the payment method initially used for payment and does not depend on gocsgo.com and may reach up to 10 (ten) business days.

How to Link Your Steam Account

  1. The trade URL allows you to trade with playerswho are not on your friends list.
  2. Click on "Steam Inventory" to get your trade URL.

All items you opened from our CS:GO cases will automatically be added to your personal inventory. To use them in CS2, you must send them to yourself via a Steam trade offer. Follow these steps:

How to Take Items to Steam

  1. Go to your personal inventory page.
  2. Hover over (or tap on mobile) the item you wish to take.
  3. Click the "Accept" button.
  4. Wait for the trade offer and accept it on Steam.

Once you click the button, the process will begin. It may take up to 45 minutes to complete.

Delayed Delivery

Some items on Gocsgo may be subject to trade holds. If you try to withdraw such items, you will be notified about a delay or the option to exchange it for another item without a trade hold. After the exchange, the new item will be automatically sent to you and appear in your Gocsgo inventory. Delayed items will be delivered within 24 hours.
