2. Can I use my friend's trade Offer URL?

For security reasons you can save only your current account's Steam trade offer URL.

3. How to change my name or profile image on the website?

You can't change them. Your name and image are automatically downloaded from your Steam profile to a temporary cache. They are updated every 24 hours.

The payment system will automatically convert dollars to your currency when you make a deposit.

5. Can I withdraw my Gocsgo balance?

No. Gocsgo is one of the best CS:GO case opening sites for CS2 items. We are offering only in-game items and skins.

6. Before opening cases

Be sure to check that you are able to trade on Steam, otherwise our bots will not be able to send you items. Open your inventory to make sure there are no trade bans and that it has been at least 7 days since the password was changed.

7. Protect yourself from scams

Everyone pretending to be an 'administrator', 'moderator' or 'trading bot' of gocsgo.com is a scammer and we will never send you screenshots of our control panel or add you on Steam in order to trade your items. We will never send you any files. Please protect your account and other related information to avoid scams!

Ⅲ. Withdrawals

1. I've opened my case, how can I withdraw my items?

Navigate to your profile and click the 'Take' button on the desired item. When the trade offer is ready, clicking the 'Take' button will redirect you to the Steam trade.

2. Do I need to make a deposit before I can withdraw items?

Yes. You must make a deposit to your balance at least once to enable item withdrawal. In most cases, the minimum deposit amount is $2.

Additionally, Gocsgo reserves the right to adjust the minimum deposit amount at its discretion for users who abuse or use a large number of free promotional offers and promo codes. This measure serves to maintain the integrity of our services and prevent potential misuse. For more details, please refer to the Terms of Service

3. I've been waiting for a Steam trade offer for a long time. When will it come?

It can take up to 45 minutes to send a Steam trade offer for a usual delivery and up to 24 hours for a delayed delivery.

Please wait a little while and you will receive a trade offer.

Please contact [email protected] if you are waiting longer than the specified time. Should you have any more questions or issues, feel free to reach out.

4. I accidentally rejected an incoming trade offer. What should I do?

Don't worry, your item will automatically return to Gocsgo after 1 hour. You can send it back again.

There is a Steam limit on the number of connections to your inventory per hour. Constant cancellations of incoming exchange offers may temporarily prevent us from sending you a trade offer.

5. How does the Upgrader work?

Select one or more skins of gocsgo.com inventory to upgrade to a more expensive skin. Pick a desired skin on the right browsing the suggested ones or using sorting. Then click the Upgrade items button. Successful upgrade's chance depends on the output-input ratio. The odds are based on the official announcement. The less difference between the price of your skins and the price of the desired skin, the more probability of upgrade success.

7. What is Steam's "Trade Protection" and what happens if I reverse a trade?

Steam has introduced a new 7-day “Trade Protection” feature, which lets users reverse or cancel trades they’ve made — including item withdrawals from gocsgo.com.Please note: Once you click on Trade Reversal, Steam will automatically cancel all trades made within the past 7 days — even if you intended to reverse only one. All items involved will be returned to their previous owners’ Steam accounts. If you reverse a withdrawal using this feature:

  1. The item will be removed from your Steam inventory.
  2. It will not be refunded or re-credited to your gocsgo.com balance.
  3. Your Steam account will be restricted from trading and using the Community Market for 30 days — this is Steam’s own security policy.

We understand this update can be confusing. Unfortunately, once a trade is reversed, gocsgo.com cannot resend or refund the item. For full details, see Steam’s article here:Steam FAQ on Trade Protection
