The other semis were Falcons vs MOUZ. The Falcons were triumphant, and paving way for a grand final showdown against Team Vitality.

Map 1: Inferno
Falcons came out of the gate hot, putting an end to Vitality’s string of wins on Inferno with a 13-9 win. Although ZywOo had his moments, such as a dominant performance in round 6, Vitality couldn’t perform at their best like smoked-filled ZywOo. The control and the individual plays of the Falcons, specifically an A fake rotation, got them the map.

Map 2: Dust 2
Vitality responded on Dust 2 which was a map which the Falcons had proficiency on. After a 13-6 victory, Vitality proved that they were able to think on the fly and make adjustments on the fly. Notable points were a knife kill in the smoke to prevent a defuse in round 17, showing their tactical nous.

Map 3: Train
They kept riding the momentum on Train, taking the victory and the lead in the series. Their teamwork and map pool was showcased where flameZ stepped up and such to assist, increasing the depth of the team.

Map 4: Nuke
The third map, Nuke, was further evidence of Vitality’s strength. They scraped and scrounged and scalded their way to winding up the series, and clinching the title. Their win on Overpass shows the variety and mental strength of the side.

ZywOo’s consistent performance thorughout the tournament granted him the MVP title, boasting a 0.81 KPR and 7.0 tournament rating. Top players In addition to krizzeN, donk of Team Spirit had 7.3, which made him rank the highest in the tournament, with a KPR of 0.96, and sh1ro, who had the second highest rating at 7.1, with the KPR of 0.86.
